Getting’ Goofy with Mo Phillips

This program offered by: Mo Phillips

This genre bouncing, body shakin’, good time performance has a bit of everything. After critical acclaim and touring on four continents as a singer/song writer for the big folks, Mo Phillips began making music for the younger set when his own boys came along. Mo is now a music educator in both the Portland Public Schools and at private music schools, as well as one of the top children’s performers in the Northwest. In this performance Mo breaks down the elements of a song and builds one from scratch with the help of the audience, performs different styles of songs and approaches to song writing, and answers questions about the process and the profession.
